📦 Return Conditions:
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns due to size, color, or change of mind will be accepted, but customer must cover return courier charges.
- In case of wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.
🔁 Return Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 328 2895517 within 5 days.
- Send us pictures/video of the product and issue.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (we will provide the address).
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or replacement within 10-15 business days.
💰 Refund Options:
- Refunds are given via Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer
- For damaged/wrong items, we offer full refund or replacement
- For change-of-mind returns, only product cost will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable)
